How is my gelato delivered to ensure it doesn't melt?
We use specialized thermal-insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure your gelato stays frozen for up to 12 hours during transit. Once received, please place it in your freezer immediately.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, we have a wide range of dairy-free sorbets and vegan-friendly flavors. You can filter our online menu by dietary requirements to see the current selection.
Can I track my delivery order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
What is the shelf life of your gelato cakes?
Our gelato cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming them within 5 days of purchase.
Are your products nut-free?
While we offer flavors without nuts, all of our products are made in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
