A collaboration which marries Messina’s famous cookie pie with Hugo’s Deli’s most popular cookie flavour. Post their sell out Messina Eats event in 2023, we have come back together to bring a little slice of dessert heaven to all Messina stores and Hugo’s Deli Richmond from 20th September.
Hugo’s chefs have taken a pie out of our recipe books and put a flavour spin on it with one of their most popular cookie flavours…enter our first collaborative bake-at-home cookie pie! The flavour: chocolate cookie pie dough with caramelised white chocolate chips, ritz custard, milk crumbs with crushed ritz on top. Sprinkle with salt from the Maldon Salt pinch tin and you've got yourself the perfect pie.
Hugo's Deli's signature cookies will also be available Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd September at their Richmond location.
Ready for you to pull out of the freezer and warm up for a hot, delicious dessert. Best served with your favourite scoops and people.
