Two Snack Pack bangers – designed to be paired perfectly for the ultimate dessert experience. Second release packs are available at select stores online (Brisbane) or via Deliveroo (Sydney, Canberra).
For those of us who are still in lockdown and equally for those lucky enough to be in the clear, this week's dessert menu consists of: a bake at home sticky brioche snail filled with caramel custard, choc chips, covered in gooey malt caramel AND a hot tub filled with layers of vanilla custard gelato and cheesecake mousse, topped with cheesecake crumble.
Once your snail is home, bung in the oven for 20-25 mins, watch it rise and bubble, then dig into a squidgy custard centre. Top with a scoop of your epic cheesecakey Hot Tub.
